Job description
Our Internal Client is providing IT services to various customers in order to streamline their operations. This is being delivered through the medium of Programs and Projects. Each customer has a pipeline of work which requires managing from the Capgemini perspective. To ensure that each project is correctly scoped, formal contracts are authored. The Sales Support Specialist role is key in ensuring that the anticipated future pipeline of work is realistic and in line with current understanding on the account so that sales and revenue forecasting can be accurately prepared based upon CRM system data (with further review by the account). As CRM tool serves as the sales booking system, it is crucial that the documentation and data is accurate and complete and that all required sign offs are documented in CRM system.
Position purpose
We are currently looking for a candidate who will be working as Sales Support Specialist for Capgemini Poland.
The purpose of this role is to manage sales process for opportunities in CRM System. The tool is meant to ensure the delivery of a high quality, customer focused service to Client. Sales Support Specialist makes sure the process is controlled & managed according to the agreed procedures and Client’s expectations.
Main accountabilities
- SPOC for the management of and new entries to CRM system
- Manage closing process/month end
- Running weekly calls
- Reporting - Management Information creation and provision – pipeline and sales info – e.g. for pipeline call (Sales community provided with timely and accurate information about sales data, as well as with positive suggestions and potential solutions)
- Ensuring that CRM system\'s pipeline opportunities are correct and each represents the best current understanding of the portfolio lead in terms of values, timing, probability, service lines involved and other parameters – making updates as requested
- Internal views and contracts managing/verifying (making sure that documents aligned with calculations provided by Sales leads and correct values are booked in CRM system
- Be proactive in developing the knowledge of the whole sales process (take proactive interest in the reports generated, seeking to identify any inconsistencies between data)
Requirements
- Very good knowledge of English, both written and spoken (min. B2 level)
- Experience in Customer Service area
- Experience in Finance & Accounting area would be an asset
- Strong Customer Service skills and Client-focus attitude
- Very good analytical skills
- Ability to work under pressure and to stick to the deadlines
- Strong time & task management
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both verbal and written
- Very good analytical skills
- Intermediate knowledge of MS Excel
- Proactive approach
