For our Client, a Danish, international industrial group, which operates in several countries worldwide, we are looking for experienced Candidate to take the position of Sales & Operations Planning Manager
Location: Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia
Scope of responsibilities:
Lead the entire S&OP process across our Client companies and suppliers in South East Asia

Scope of responsibilities:
Lead the entire S&OP process across our Client companies and suppliers in South East Asia
- Manage demand planning processes in sales companies
- Manage the S&OP processes within manufacturing companies
- Driving a highly scalable S&OP execution process across supply chain operations
- Collaborate with sales and manufacturing companies from regions to allow for optimal efficiency in the supply & demand balance
- Monitor S&OP Process Control Indicators
- Implementation of best practices in S&OP strategies, approaches, and methodologies in different locations
Requirements:
- Master Degree in Engineering, Supply Chain or Logistics
- 4-6 years of experience in Manufacturing / Supply Chain / Logistics in international operating company
- Strong experience with implementation and/or management of sales & operation planning processes
- Project management experience and Leadership skills
- Strong experience with ERP/MRP systems and systems for demand planning (forecasting)
- Experience from a multicultural environment. Experience with Asian culture will be an advantage
- English – advanced level
- Strong IT skills (advanced MS Office)
- Flexibility and willingness to frequent business trips
- Excellent communication skills allow to communicate across all levels in the organization
- Well-organized individual with excellent analytical skills
