Minimum Qualifications
- School diploma or equivalent
- At least 1 year of inbound or outbound BPO work experience
- Ability to speak and write English fluently and idiomatically
- Neutral verbal communication skills in American English
- Strong customer focus and ability to assess customer’s needs, as well as suggest best possible solutions as “win win” scenario
- Strong desire to meet or exceed revenue, quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction targets
- Familiarity with online advertising products and service
Preferred Qualifications
- Strong ability to cross-function processes and relationships
- Excellent collaborative approach to problem-solving and the ability to manage client targets
- Familiarity with online advertising products and services
- Ability to speak and write English fluently and idiomatically (native level of English skills is preferred)
Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls from supplied lead sources and determine lead’s eligibility by getting in touch with actual decision makers and bypassing gatekeepers
- Transfer eligible leads to the sales team to proceed with the application process. Book appointments for the sales team to close on a deal
- Gauge the customers’ interest in Google Ads and give an overview of the products and services we offer to pique the interest and get the customer to speak to a sales rep for acquisition
- Manage and sort the lead list by completing documentation each interaction and update the team leads daily, keep pipeline clean
- Work together with advertising specialists, sales engineers and product team members towards service solutions
- Tracking of accounts and maintaining conversion
- Develop bridge-building programs with Operations team
- Adhere to stated service levels and calling activity
- Converse with and understands the client's requirements, demonstrating flexibility and problem-solving skills
