You will be responsible for supporting local sales office in various administrative and marketing activities and be responsible for supporting employees and visitors at the reception desk.
You will coordinate activities with other internal services, for example: European Customer Service team, Kwidzyn Customer Service, Product Managers, Data Managers, Credit Controllers.

- Support Key Account Managers / Local Sales Representatives in various administrative activities by preparing and organizing specific documentation to be communicated to the customers, eg. price lists, tender documentation
- Perform various activities requiring knowledge of specific sales IT application(s) and/or coordination with other internal services, eg. extract and consolidate sales statistics from system, consolidate sales/forecasting statistics
- Provide marketing services:
- Support the implementation of consistent promotions and communication campaigns concentrating on the core values of the IP brands
- Attract customers to visit the site www.polpapierybiurowe.pl and interact with re-sellers and endusers spending time on our site.
- Promote POL brand papers in social media.
- Provide administrative services to a single/multiple Key Account Manager(s):
- Schedule and maintain calendar of appointments meetings and travel itineraries and coordinates related arrangements for KAMs
- Prepare and distribute minutes of meetings
- 2-3 years of experience in sales support, marketing or administrative work
- Knowledge of key IT applications (MS Office)
- Good interpersonal and communication skills, including listening, verbal and written skills
- Good organisational skills along with good judgement, and problem solving skills
- Required language skills include Polish and English. Any other language considered a plus.
- Strong organizational and time management skills
