Our client is a large international financial institution with well-established presence in Poland. In order to support them in development of their insurance line in Poland, we are currently seeking to recruit a candidate to undertake the role of Sales Support Manager.
- Implement the commercial promotion policy of the company in the field of bancassurance - Assist the sales department of the partners' network in the implementation of the policy about sales support and animation of insurance - Assist the technical and commercial support (legal, tax) of the customers' advisors of the partners' network - Create and take part in the training of the distribution network - Execute daily operational control on own activities - Prepare various commercial statistical reports - Evaluate, follow the network results analysis, the needs of the network in terms of underwriting and sales - Evaluate, after analysing the results of the network, the needs of each distributor in terms of support (training, communication, challenge, underwriting and sales practices and processes), and make proposals in cooperation with sales support team - Follow up of activities of our partners in terms of sales figures
- Graduated in Marketing, Economics or Business Administration - Few years of experience in insurance of banks, with at least 3 years in a sales support or sales management position, gained with reputed financial institution - Very good knowledge of banking system is a must - Fluency in English - High autonomy, and ability to take initiatives, prioritize and organize actions. - Experienced in bancassurance would be considered an advantage
