Sales Territory Management Team Lead
Job location: Wrocław, Poland

 

 

 

Responsibilities:
  • Collect appropriate approvals and manage territory change requests
  • Assist on special projects on an ongoing basis
  • Analyze Role/Forecast Hierarchy and Territory to enable new year sales planning
  • Resolve opportunity ownership issues with respect to account ownership and/or role forecast hierarchy
  • Communicate and educate account executives regarding appropriate guidelines
  • Oversee and review customer account data management done by Sales Data Desk Associate
  • Manage the day-to-day activities of the team
  • Monitor training requirement of the team and ensure SLA adherence
These are the skills and the professional experience you are required to have to apply for this job:
  • Relevant experience with 3-5 years
  • Proficient in MS office, specifically including vlookups and pivot tables
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, and a demonstrated willingness to work in a team environment with diversity
  • Detail-oriented, with a reputation for thorough process documentation creation, review, and training
  • Demonstrates concern for achieving or surpassing results against an internal or external standard of excellence. Shows a passion for improving services with a commitment to continuous improvement
  • Necessary technical knowledge, skills, and judgment to accomplish a result or to serve a customer's needs effectively.
  • Responds to change with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn new ways to accomplish work activities and objectives.
  • Ability to effectively multi-task in a fast paced deadline driven environment
