The Salesforce Administrator is responsible for building, managing, maintaining and enhancing the Webinterpret instance of Salesforce. Working closely with the Marketing, Sales, and Business Development teams, the Salesforce Administrator takes the vision, requirements and execution demands of a dynamic and fast paced business and produces/enhances the Salesforce application to ensure it meets the needs of the business and keeps pace with changes in operational requirements, policies and procedures.
- Customize SFDC fields, page layouts, validation rules, workflow rules, reports, and dashboards,
- Maintain security such as user accounts, sharing rules, user profiles and roles, field level security, content folder rights, groups, list view rights,
- Import, export and manipulate large amounts of data
- Respond and resolve user issues in a timely manner
- Collaborate with Sales and Support management to drive CRM process improvement.
- Assist in developing and maintaining documentation on processes, policies, application configuration, and help related materials,
- Manage instance to ensure data integrity
- Drive data quality initiatives
- 2+ years of experience customizing and enhancing an organization’s SFDC instance
- Fluency in spoken and written English,
- Ability to troubleshoot system, process and data issues; ability to think clearly under pressure.
- Detail oriented with a high degree of ownership over assigned projects
- SFDC Certified Administrator
- Data integration experience (preferably in Talend)
