For our Client, international company in Krakow, we are currently looking for a candidate who will join to the support Salesforce & Data Analyst team.

Holding this position you will be expected to provide internal support for Salesforce’s users mostly via emails or phone. Additionally as a part of marketing team you will analyse data and create reports and recommendations based on these analyses. Scope of responsibilities depends on your experience in using Salesforce/Data Analysis. Your main aim is to support marketing team to be more effective.

To be successful in this role you will need to have fluent English. You should have also experience in using Salesforce (especially as a support or admin) or other CRM tool. Moreover you should have analytical mind-set and be familiar with Excel program. Ideal candidate should have also experience in Data Analysis. Basic programming skills are nice to have.
