For international SSC located in Wroclaw we are currently seeking for SAP Ariba Training Lead.
Join our new P2P team!
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and develop strategy for users training across Europe
- Develop support network across each location to support local users
- Train and guide operations team members on the new process and new system implementation
- Develop training materials and execute training activities with users (f2f, guides, e-learning etc.)
- People management- direct supervision of assigned team
Requirements:
- Experience with SAP Ariba/Coupa and ERP Systems
- Experience with trainings and supporting business users
- Experience with new system implementation/project work will be beneficial
- Understanding of end-to-end P2P process
- Fluency in English
- Ability to manage a team
- Very good interpersonal and communication skills- hands-on mentality
