ZF TRW is a developer and producer of active and passive safety systems and serves all major vehicle manufacturers worldwide with an established footprint that includes facilities in more than 20 countries. It maintains 22 technical centers and 13 test tracks in vital markets around the world.
The position is responsible for providing SAP FI and CO support of the central SAP Finance System (GIFCO). Main job duties will include:
managing Helpdesk requests, analyze issues, find solutions and adjust configuration
performing interface reconciliation and error log from/to the GIFCO system.
assisting in the development and configuration of the GIFCO system by providing specifications, testing, and support for business requirements on an ongoing basis.
conducting business process analysis for ramp up issues or small to medium size enhancements of the GIFCO solution; develops process flow diagrams and applications training materials ad presentations.
preparing specifications for programming or development projects.
participating in IFRS and other compliance activities in the IT context.
Requirements:
A professional IT or Accountancy qualification or degree.
1-3 years of professional experience.
Configuration and process knowledge of the SAP FI and CO modules (certified SAP FI/CO Business Analyst - ideally).
Proficiency in English (written and oral); German a plus.
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Effective analytical, problem solving skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
