SAP FI/CO Lead Business Systems Analyst

Tasks:
Scope: Support the current SAP FI/CO configuration and participate in projects integrating new processes and businesses into SAP
- Provide support of financial reporting and close activities
- Provide end user support by the team in the finance functional areas. Analyze issues and define a clear resolution to business. Engage technical teams when necessary.
- Develop a clear understanding of the current SBD SAP Environments.
- Evaluate business functional requirements (e.g. requirements for interfaces, user exits, and reports) and translate them into Business Requirement Documents
- Provide functional advice and assistance to delivery team to support SBD business needs
- Preparation of user acceptance testing (UAT) test plan and scripts. Coordinate and support the execution of UAT.
- Act as a liaison between functional business groups and Technology teams
- Support a multi-site, multi-country customer base
Requirements:
- Bachelor Degree: in IT, Economy/Business or related
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in configuring SAP FI/CO module and processes, specifically AP, AR, FA, GL, and Cost Center Accounting, including integration points within SAP Sales and Distribution, Purchasing, and Manufacturing modules.
- Experience architecting and implementing SAP FI and CO processes and the various integration points within SAP Sales and Distribution, Purchasing, and Manufacturing modules (2 SAP Implementations minimum)
- Clear knowledge of SAP backend tables and structures is a plus
- Strong understanding & experience with Costing
- Knowledge in PS-Project Systems and Simple Finance with Hana a plus
- Fluent English language
- Very good communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven Project Management skills, ability to multitask
- Occasional travel may be required.
