SAP S/4 HANA Finance Dispute Management Lead
Miejsce pracy: Warszawa
This position will assist and help lead the implementation of the global design and standard processes for Dispute Management in the SAP- S4/Hana Central Finance platform.
Responsibilities:
Communication and Controllership
- Promotes strengthening of system controls and business process improvements through implementation of automation and efficiencies in the new Central Finance Platform
- Ability to communicate and interact across all levels of the organization including Controllership, Business and IT
- Works with business stakeholders and data analysts to document and define business process needs on Dispute Management and Customer Experience.
Transactional Process
- Works with IT and Business on testing and documenting user stories and test results in Dispute Management process.
- Prepares documentation of the DM business process flows and liaises with the Businesses to define global process among various SBD BU’s and regions
- Provides support to the data and reporting work-streams for DM master data, migrations and reporting requirements.
- Provides support to training and change management teams for DM process.
Requirements:
- BS degree in Business, Finance, or Systems
- Cross countries Customer Service experience, preferable some Credit & Collections / Accounts Receivable experience
- Experience with business process standardization and process mapping
- SAP experience required and Get paid experience nice to have
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Project Management Tools (TFS, JIRA)
- Experience in Project Management in diverse and multicultural environment
- Proficiency in English required, other European languages is advantage
- Strong analytical skills including data analysis
- Strong written, verbal communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to effectively communicate within a matrix organization
- Ability to produce quality materials within tight timeframes
- Prepared to travel up to 35 % of time
