SAP Security Expert

Requirements:
- At least 3-5 years working experience in security and user management in FI/ CO and related modules (GRC)
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or IT
- Very good knowledge of MS Office
- Very good command of spoken and written English
- Service oriented, willingness to develop skills and scope of responsibility
- Good analytical and conceptual skills, good communication and presentation skills
- Ability to communicate with both business users and IT developers, turn user requirements into technical requirements, validate/ challenge design proposals
- Ability to work with high degree of independency, self-driven, focused on quality and accuracy of delivery
- Experience with SOX and similar regulatory control frameworks
Responsibilities:
- Execute business content ownership on security concept for Global SAP FI/ CO module, act as gatekeeper for design changes, review and challenge business requirements
- Monitor user provisioning/ revocation, periodical recertification and perform compliance checks
- Execute business governance on role design and safeguard key design principles like “need to know”, segregation of duties etc.
- Interact closely with other teams to security development and user assignment activities
- Represent the department in projects related to the user and security management in SAP; provide input to associated projects as needed; act as gatekeeper for security in future roll-in projects of SAP
- Lead work packages in the areas of user management, access and security in SAP
- Involvement in knowledge management, documentation, and training
- Review existing processes and tools to improve/ streamline existing operations processes
- Occasional travel within Europe for project work.
