SAP system Architect

Responsibilities:
- Facilitates requirements for new and enhanced SAP HR module
- Conceptualizes, documents and presents creative SAP HR solutions
- Plans and documents project objectives, tasks, timelines, budgets and work assignments; manages resource allocation and participates in project implementation
- Ensures integration and development of architectural solutions related to SAP HR
- Tracks the realization of benefits from the SAP HR framework and communicate progress against baseline plans
- Manages process of sign off on all stages, from analysis to execution
Requirements:
- Experience as an SAP Architect
- Advanced knowledge of reporting requirements (HR, declarations)
- Good knowledge of regulatory requirements (e.g. personal data)
- Experience with HR functions and processes (H2R)
- Experience with new information technology (including new trends in SAP)
- Experience with ITIL methods
- Technical knowledge of assigned application software platform on advanced level
- Basic knowledge of remote diagnostics, MS SQL Server (SSAS, SSIS, SSRS), relational database
- Experience with Process management methods, programming of databases and database applications
- Experience with Information Technology (hardware, software)
- Basic experience with Operating systems WINDOWS (server and desktop)
- Vey good knowledge of Project Management
- Advanced knowledge of programming language ABAP and BASIC
- Designing integration strategies and solution architecture on advanced level
- Good knowledge of MS Excel and basic MS Word and MS Powerpoint
- Very good SAP HR MOdule knowledge
- Good english skills
