- Define and manage test strategies, plans, and execution across Unit, SIT, UAT, Regression, and Performance testing.
- Coordinate test data readiness, environment setup, and user involvement across remote and on-site teams.
- Lead test execution, defect tracking, and issue resolution in alignment with project milestones and quality standards.
- Drive the adoption of test management tools and automation, ensuring traceability and compliance.
- Support test reporting, risk-based prioritization, and go-live readiness reviews.
- 3–5 years of experience in SAP testing, including test planning and leadership roles.
- Experience with multiple SAP modules (e.g., S/4HANA, integrations) and full-cycle implementations.
- Proficiency in test tools such as SAP Solution Manager, Tricentis, or Jira.
- Strong coordination, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Solid understanding of quality assurance frameworks and testing governance.
- English B2+.
