DESCRIPTION/RESPONSIBILITIES:

We're looking for an IT professional who will be responsible for managing the software applications within SAP TM platform, in particular experience with Capacity and Performance management, Architecture and upgrade of SAP environments, SAP Security and Operations. Familiarity with P&G custom solutions in SAP TM, including Lane and Rate repositories and integration with ECC and other applications. Hands on SAP programming previous experience (ABAP or Java stack).
In this role you will:
- perform analysis, testing and execution of incident troubleshooting at Application Level (3rd level of support),
- facilitate the definition of updates and fixes as needed,
- share change management knowledge within the Business Expert and Key User regional communities for both Transportation and iTrade communities, including Service Management processes,
- provide direction and input on proposed regional changes with regards to the Global Landscape and Architecture of the Solution, act as gate keeper to ensure Platform stability and security standards,
- deliver training and guidance on Tool capabilities to meet Business Case scenarios, as well as to translate these into technical actionable requirements for upgrades and capacity monitoring.
Important Responsibilities:
- Own validation and management of solution requirements for suitability to Platform and performance management.
- Help lead solution development governance from a technical & Product Team standpoint (construction is normally on vendor side but may require hands on involvement on design and performance testing from P&G AM Platform), quality assurance, and release management.
- Coordinate with Project Managers, Service Management Team Members and Service Managers on communication, fixes and compliance with Global standard considerations.
- Experience with a diverse network of P&G organizations and tools related to full Logistics Lane lifecycle, as well as technical and functional & testing documentation experience with nomenclature and application terminology (SolMan, MEGA hands on experience highly recommended).
- Act as a consultant for Business Requirements when they enter the Solution’s CAB/TDC pipeline, and have a wide range of experiences in root cause analysis particularly within the Transportation and Logistic Execution SAP spaces.
REQUIRED SKILLS:
- Advanced SAP TM Application management skills and experience, – SAP TM and/or SAP SD Certifications,
- Proven experience as project functional consultant or equivalent roles on SAP Transportation related specific modules and LE-TRA,
- Experience on SAP Basis, Solution Manager and sizing/installation of new SAP instances,
- Understanding of logistics Order Management, Warehousing and Transportation processes, Basic Project Management, Advanced or Proficient Application Management,
- Excellent technical Communication skills. In order to be successful, the applicant will need to quickly develop understanding of P&G Transportation unique solutions and related applications,
- Be able to analyze complex problems, develop options, evaluate solutions, and influence right technical design. Often that will require alignment with other SAP product areas. A high degree of personal ownership of the tools and Total Cost to Own.
- English fluency and at least a Bachelor's degree
