Responsibilites
- Working with a system that is a single point of sourcing all reference data required to support FXMM business of our client
- The project is aligned with Scrum methodology in distributed teams
- About 2 years ago development was fully transferred to Luxoft. Since then we have grown from 9 to 25 engineers.
- We are looking for a candidate who will participate in development effort in one of our teams (6-8 people).
- Design and Development (mainly scala, also java)
- Architect responsibilities (making proposals to the customer, planning development on strategic level)
- Hands-on development
- Estimations, Investigations, Research
Requirements
- Understanding of architectural concepts and patterns for Java application design
- Experience in a Linux/Unix-centric software development environment
- Knowledge of the associated tools like Perl and Shell scripting (desirable)
- Able to communicate in English
