Currently we're currently looking for our Warsaw Office for a:
This role is onsite (Office near Rondo Daszyńskiego), safety measures are in place.
- Sort and scan AP documents received via post
- Archive paper invoices, in accordance to legal requirements
- Monitor and administer e-invoice flow, on a daily basis
- Ensure compliance with all internal policies, department guidelines and external regulations
- Maintain various excel spreadsheets in an accurate manner
- Data entry
- Support team members if required
- Accuracy/Attention to detail
- Good English (B2 level)
- Ability to work to deadlines to meet SLAs
- Adaptability and Flexibility
- Good communication skills written and verbal
- IT skills: MS Excel
- Team worker – helps and supports others
- Degree in Finance or Economics will be an advantage
- Labor law contract
- Flexible working hours, you can start work between 07:30 – 09:30
