You will be a part of a department with high attention in order to deliver customer solution sup-porting our customers fight against financial crime (AML & fraud).
If you wish to work in an area with attention, then this strategic focus area in BEC is the place where we, in the next couple of years, will be working with some exciting challenges. As a Scrum Master, you will be responsible for making sure that the team is following processes and standards for good practice according to Scrum in SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework), where you will have atten-tion towards value creation. In your day-to-day tasks, you will coordinate, administrate and have close cooperation with the team, the Product Owner and the Release Train Engineer of the ART (Agile Release Train). You contribute to facilitations of ceremonies and removal of impediment, so the team can deliver effectively.
- Prepare and facilitate the agile ceremonies of the team
- Coordinate with other teams when necessary and remove obstacles for the team
- Cooperate with the department manager regarding the individual development of the team members
- Improve team performance and maturity
- Protect the team from interruptions coming from outside of the team
- Coach the team in the agile way of working
- Hold a relevant master's degree or equivalent working experience
- Are an experienced Scrum Master
- Hold a certificate or are experienced within agile and lean methods (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe)
- Are experienced with servant leadership
- Have experience within financial IT or business
- Have excellent verbal and written communication skills within English
