- Daily communication with customer Product Owner
- Establishing and driving the Scrum process (planning, leading and following daily meetings, sprint retrospective, sprint planning, sprint refinement)
- Coordinate communication and alignment across multiple Scrum teams
- Leverage the spirit of Scrum, empower the team, remove impediments, provide transparency
- Education and training of Scrum team in Agile practices would be a plus

Your task will be drive the team of professionals in order to develop the test infrastructure solution for our new customer (one of the top German OEM) and implement it afterwards. Our customer working on a new generation of Autonomous Driving solution for Highways. You will work with innovative technologies and modern SCRUM methodologies in feature teams, where broad-mindedness, skills in wide range technologies and creativity are highly appreciated. Project consist of several steps that incrementally starts and go in parallel afterwards.
