We are looking for passionate Scrum Master to join our team. Together with us you will develop RDE and GATOR applications: - GATOR - Global Asset Tracking and Auditor - automates Asset Tracking and Auditing of Astro and Dimetra Systems. In the future it will also support LTE. GATOR is entirely developed, tested and released for customers in our R&D center in Cracow, Poland. - RDE - Resource Development Engineering design and optimization services, Motorola Coverage Standards, engineering software development. Areas of expertise: Wireless Coverage, measurement, equipment ;ost generation and Acceptance Test Plans (CATP). Products include Hydra, Voyager, Radio Online and The Motorola Coverage Standards. Other services provides include technical support, onsite training and bid consulting. RDE development is a joined effort of our R&D center in Cracow, Poland and Schaumburg Design Center (most work is covered by KRK Team).

Scope of Responsibilities/Expectations:
Your responsibilities will include full-time ScrumMaster role. As a ScrumMaster you will work with team to improve Agile practices and help to overcome obstacles that occur in the daily work.
Specific Knowledge/Skills:
Required Qualifications: - Master's Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Math or related field
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills- Passion for and deep understanding of Agile and Scrum development practices- Previous proven experience in Scrum Master role Optional Requirements:- Experience in scaling agile- Managerial experience managing various development teams
