Scope of Responsibilities/Expectations:
We are looking for passionate Scrum Master to join our team. Your responsibilities will include full-time ScrumMaster role, in which you will work with 1-2 teams to:- help and enable teams to successfully deliver on their commitments- coordinate work across multiple teams and locations within the SAFe framework- drive continuous improvement in the Agile practices maturity- be key contributor to the creation of our new product- contribute to design center level Agile communities of practice
Specific Knowledge/Skills:
- Master's Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Math or related field
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills- Passion for and deep understanding of Agile and Scrum development practices- Previous proven experience in Scrum Master role
