The Krakow System Management team is looking for Scrum Master who will work with 2 teams of SW engineers which delivers requirements, systems, tools, tests for SM organisation. Team is workign in Agile framework (SAFe) and is fully responsible for entire system delivery, including: requirements, development, and testing.Team manager is fully responsible for leading SW team, including: setting goals, assigning work, performance management, communication, employee development, etc.

Scope of Responsibilities/Expectations:
The Scrum Master will:- Help and enable teams to successfully deliver on their commitments- Coordinate work across multiple teams and locations within the SAFe framework- Drive continuous improvement in the Agile practices maturity- Be a key contributor to the creation of our new product- Contribute to design center level Agile communities of practice
Specific Knowledge/Skills:
- Strong oral and written English communications skills- Passion for and deep understanding of Agile and Scrum development practices- Ability to communicate project plans, status and risks concisely and accurately- Strong organizational, analytical, communication and presentation skills- Proven experience in SM role- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities in a fast paced customer focused environment- Self motivation and drive- Education to college/university level in the technical (Engineering / IT) and/or Program Management fields
