Developer responsibilities:

Developer responsibilities:
- Work with Product Owner to prepare scrum backlog
- Ensure team & product owner work together in Scrum framework following all rules
- To identify any project/team issues are removed and escalated if needed
- Track the progress of the Sprint on a daily basis
- Ensure the team are being as effective and productive as they can
- Liaise with other Scrum teams and external teams to address and resolve cross team issues Understanding of Agile & Lean principles
Requirements:
- 2+ years of working directly in the Software Development field
- Likely to have worked as a Developer, Tester or Architect
- Min 2 years commercial experience as a Scrum Master
- Certified Scrum Master (scrum alliance or scrum.org)
