Role: Scrum Master
Location: Cracow, Pawia

Your role will focus on:
- Making sure that the teams follow the agile value and principles
- Ensuring that project objectives and good practices are met
- Planning and supporting release planning
- Influencing the product delivery, improving communication and measuring product metrics
- Facilitating continuous improvement processes
Requirements
We require from you:
- Solid working experience as a Scrum Master
- Deep engagement and awareness in all the engineering processes, openness to test various models and approaches
- Fluent understanding of roles and responsibilities of scrum team members
- Grounded technical knowledge. Prior hands on technical experience would be an asset
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Solid ability to track status of the team's work and to switch context
- Agile mindset, sense of ownership and proactiveness
