Responsibilites
- Acting as a Scrum Master for one or more teams *Making sure that the teams follow the agile value and principles using good practices. *Helps Scrum Team members communicate, coordinate and cooperate to ensure that the team's sprint and product increment goals are met. *Facilitating continuous improvement processes. *Identifies risks and blockers and actively works to remove them from the path of the team. *Cooperates with other Scrum Masters and Agile Coach to synchronize cross team dependencies. *Actively, and continually seeks out opportunities for and drives toward velocity improvements. *Supports the teams estimating efforts. Guides them in establishing normalized estimating approach. *Supports Product Owner
