Scrum Master
Location: Warszawa
Responsibilities:
- Support Product Owner and Development Team in maximizing Value delivery
- Enable process improvements to optimize value stream
- Work with other Scrum Masters to promote agile mindset within Organization
- Address process impediments in order to increase productivity
- Shield the Team from unhealthy external or internal influence
- Facilitate Scrum Events as requested or needed
- Coach the Team within Scrum Values
- Foster cross-functionality and self-organization within the Scrum Team
- Ensure transparency of the Scrum Artifact using available tools
- Support Managers as a Single Point of Contact in Poland
Requirements:
- Proficient knowledge with proven experience with agile frameworks (SCRUM, Kanban, SAFe)
- Strong facilitation skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Focus on Team and Company goals
- Courage to expose flaws reducing value delivery
- Openness to build Scrum awareness and adoption within the Team and Company
- Respect the Team and Company background and diverse agile adoption levels
- Commitment to increase value-centric attitude
- Ability to travel to Denmark up to the 20% of time
- Agile/Scrum certification is a plus
- IT or Financial background is a plus
