Scrum Master

You are a good match if you have:
- Experience of working in an Agile environment, including at least 1 year of Scrum Master or comparable experience
- Strong communication skills
- Solid understanding of Agile principles and values and their application
- Practical experience of Scrum
- Strong facilitation, coaching, influencing and mentoring ability
- Self-motivation and continuous learning and education (CLE) attitude
- Experience with Agile toolsets

You will be responsible for:
- Application / coaching of agile development practices and ceremonies
- Clearing obstacles while coaching for autonomy, mastery and purpose
- Protecting the team from external interruptions and distractions
- Nurturing an environment where teams can be effective and evolve experimentally
- Ensuring an effective relationship between the team, product owner and stakeholders outside the team
- Informal Agile training of colleagues within the wider business
- Engaging with the wider business to influence and facilitate their Agile journey
