For our newest projects, part of Command Central portfolio, we are looking for passionate Scrum Master willing to help us bring Agile knowledge to the teams and our department.

What you will be doing

Together with us you will be responsible for the teaching and coaching of ongoing Command Central teams. 

As a Scrum Master You will be cooperating with teams responsible for: web, cloud based applications which are developed End-to-end (from UX wireframes, backend and API to interact with other MSI Products) 

Product Owner is also located in Krakow.

Product is rolled out to customers all over the world, deliverables of each sprint are continuously deployed on customer production environment.

You will be supporting, motivating and inspiring Scrum teams during day to day activities. Reviewing the organization’s way of working to improve agility in all aspects of software delivery model. You will be helping the team to become really self- organizing and facilitating all the meetings related to Scrum framework.

• You can communicate well with different people and personalities

What we are looking for?

• At least 3 years experience in Scrum Master role
• Creating and maintaining true Inspect, Adapt and Transparency culture in teams and their surroundings
• Proven experience in supporting teams meeting their goals
• Facilitating Scrum events 
• Cooperating directly with the development team and product owners, managers and other roles to find solutions for identified problems.
• Making true partner- and balanced relations with Dev Team, PO and Management
• Deep knowledge of Agile practices and theory (Scrum, Kanban, Lean).
• Leadership experience
• Good skills and knowledge of facilitation, conflict resolution, continuous improvement & coaching
• Great communication and collaboration skills

• Supporting local Communities of Practice. Cooperating directly with others Scrum Masters, coach to adopt Agile in organization.
• Engaging into strategic company initiatives beyond daily work.
