Responsibilities

In this role, you will closely work with the development team and be a part of the scrum team. You will define, prioritize and manage the team's sprint and product backlog, within a large scale agile organisation based on SAFe. You will be the first point of contact between the stakeholders and the team. We are looking for a Product Owner who would make sure that the day-to-day execution adheres with business priorities.

Help define and communicate the overall vision, objectives and goals of the business.

  • Articulate and be involve in shaping the minimum viable product needs.
  • Create, refine, socialize and prioritize the product backlog while considering: value to the business, risk, and dependencies. Enable delivery of Product Backlog by presenting backlog to team, accepting or rejecting user stories based on agreed acceptance criteria
  • Create, own and refine well-formed user stories and artifacts that describe and detail new products, features and services based on feedback from team
  • Maximize the value of the work from the Agile team, by ruthless prioritization and elimination of waste hidden.
  • Work daily with scrum teams to refine, prioritize and accept stories and - potentially - production incidents.
  • Organize and facilitate acceptance testing by aligning with the business, track test results and work with the scrum master and agile team to resolve issues
  • Represent the team to external stakeholders, leaders and other teams to ensure alignment and understanding of the team's progress
  • Protect the team from work that is not agreed
  • Support the agile program and ensure the team follows enterprise Agile standards.
  • Work with Scrum Master and stakeholders on continuous improvement.
  • Champion change and effectively manage the implementation of new ideas. Able to motivate, lead, and encourage the team to improve.
  • Facilitate the preparation and execution of Program Increment planning
  • Contribute your experience and ideas within the Scrum team and Product Owner Community of Practice, to ensure mutual know-how transfer
Skills

You have 3+ years experience working as Product Owner, familiar with MVP and front-end/back-end and mobile development. Past mobile development experience of teams developing features for iOS / Android is a key for this role.

Technical skills:

  • Solid understanding of product ownership, agile and scrum principles
  • PSPO I, CSPO, Certified SAFe Product Owner / Product Manager
  • Good organization, communication and presentation skills
  • Sharp analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong management skills, i.e. ability to manage time efficiently, delegate responsibility effectively, solve problems quickly, present persuasively and communicate clearly
