Scrum Master
Miejsce pracy: Warszawa
800 – 1100 PLN net+VAT/day/B2B
or
11 000 – 15 600 PLN gross/month/permanent contract of employment
Responsibilities:
- responsible for ensuring Scrum is understood and enacted by ensuring that the Scrum Team adheres to Scrum theory, practices, and rules
- coordinates all Scrum meetings (Daily, Planning, Review, Retrospective)
- facilitating product workshop onsite or online
- finding techniques for effective Product Backlog management
- managing project Jira
- responsible for project status communication
Requirements:
- at least 3 years of commercial experience as a Scrum Master in IT projects
- excellent knowledge of Scrum techniques and artifacts (such as definition of done, user stories, automated testing, backlog refinement)
- experience in work with virtual/dispersed project/service team
- good knowledge of project management methods
- strong consulting and negotiation skills
- very good communication and writing skills in English&Polish – at least C1
- good Practice of using Jira
- Scrum Master certifications: PSMI, AGILE PM – MUST HAVE
- SAFe 4, LeSS Practitioner – nice to have
