The team is accountable and responsible for project deliverables concerning Wealth Management for top-tier Swiss Bank.
As a Scrum Master you will be engaged in providing the solutions to business problems of the banking industry. The team takes on responsibility for a portfolio of small to mid-sized applications. In this position you will be working in various roles along the full application lifecycle: development, integration, testing, documentation, maintenance, support and decommissioning.
During all these phases you will work closely together with your colleagues in the team, the local Delivery Management, worldwide distributed production and 2nd level support, as well as (mostly Swiss based) product owners.
Brand new software will be created, no legacy systems to maintain. Full agile methodology will be used (self-organization, collaboration with business, fast releases). Full technological ownership will be in Krakow. High availability, high workloads and complex technical background (i.e. math, stats) is expected.
The assignment starts in Zurich for approximately 2-3 months and is continued in Krakow.
