Your new company
Do you want to join an international IT company specializing in eCommerce systems built on the world leading hybris platform?
Your new role
will be to provide guidance to the team on the best use of Scrum/Agile practices and to strongly encourage the team to self-organize and take accountability for any commitments that are made during sprint or release planning sessions. It is expected that the Scrum Master will work with the team to remove any impediments that are within the sphere of influence of the core Scrum team and product owner. The Scrum Master will also maintain operational status of each sprint in a transparent manner and communicate that to the Project Manager and the Product Owner as required.
What you'll need to succeed
To apply for this position you need to have at least 3 years of similar experience and preferably some technical background in Java. Our Client requires excellent communications and interpersonal skills. We are looking for a highly organized, metrics and detailed oriented personality. Very good knowledge of English is a must.

Monthly salary: 11000-13500 PLN gross. The final offer will depend on skills of the chosen candidate.
