For our Client, an international manufacturing company, we are looking for motivated candidates for the position of Section Leader, dedicated to greenfield project.

Person in this position will be directly accountable for delivery of the area performance targets on a daily basis. His/her duties will include leading, developing and coaching the teams to achieve business targets and ensuring standard operations are developed, maintained and adhered.

He/she will ensure NCN’s are actioned in a timely manner with root cause counter measures in place as well as key performance measures are met within the department (Safety, Quality, Cost & Delivery). What is more, Section Leader will promote Lean activities in area of responsibility and ensure making best use of human and mechanical resources in area

To be successful in this role, you should possess an ability to communicate key messages to a variety of key stakeholders via a number of different methods as well as ability to lead, coach and mentor employees to develop a future talent pipeline. Moreover, you should be customer focused and have experience of creation and implementation of processes and solutions with the customer viewpoint in mind. Experience in Aviation industry and ability to effectively communicate (both orally and in writing) in Polish and English is a must.
