Security Administration Analyst

On behalf of our Client, a leading international medical company situated in Wrocław, we are currently looking to recruit experienced Security Administration Analyst.

As a Security Administration Analyst you will be responsible for ensuring operational effectiveness across all enterprise application support. This position will be the first point of contact for escalations from the Security Administration team.

You will support the European User Community, prioritize and schedule security administration daily functions. You will set priorities to incidents and problems or security administration project initiatives. In addition you will provide clear metrics on the performance, and when required, you will escalate problems to the IT Service Delivery. You will be also responsible for documentation and training for new application and services generated from the IT or business activities. You will improve problem management processes. This function will be performed using agreed governance, tools and processes to ensure overall security standards and policies.

To be successful on this position you need to have at least BA degree and minimum 5 years’ experience within Information Technology, of which at least 3 years within data security. We are looking for someone with working knowledge in packaged applications such as MS Office and e-mail. You should be also familiar with ITIL, SAP Application user and Legacy SAP, Exchange, Lotus Notes, Cognos, SharePoint. To be considered for this role you should have experience in the area of IT support and strong customer focus. Fluency in written and spoken English is a must on this position.
