- Liaise with technical and business contacts at all levels to understand authorization concepts and collect metadata relating to applications/systems, authorization concepts and access rights.
- Verify that metadata is truly representative of the authorization concept in use.
- Verify metadata completeness, accuracy and complainant with pre- defined policies and standards.
- Ensure that application/system is already registered in other pre-requisite systems with complete & accurate data and correct status.
- Prepare and execute bulk load on-boarding files for Assets, Access Rights & Cross Border Restrictions into staging state.
- Verify completeness & accuracy of on-boarded information.
- Raise change requests in the system to move bulk loaded metadata into production live state.
- Review, verify and sign-off changes applied to Production state.
- On-Board relevant policies, certificates & flags into production.
- Handle user queries and actions including updates to on-boarded applications.
- Prepare and maintain relevant reports.
- Very good written and spoken communication skills with attention to the detail.
- Good understanding of application/system security & access control.
- Fundamental understanding of identity management.
- Proficient in use of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel-functions, Access & Power Point).
- Ability to challenge when required and confidently handle communication with senior management.
- Experience in IT Security in the finance industry is desirable though not mandatory.

Systems Onboarding Analyst
An on-boarding analyst is required for the collection/collation, analysis, review and approval of
metadata related to applications/systems, authorization concepts and access rights. The Analyst is also
required to load and configure the strategic entitlements configuration management system which is
used as the golden source for identity & access management services. This role requires frequent
communication with technical & business contacts (which can include senior management).
