Responsibilites
- Managing security systems
- Updating security policies and regulations to required standards
- Controlling budgets for security operations
- Attending meetings with other managers to determine operational needs
- Setting up and upgrade security systems in new offices
- Preforming security audits
- Recruitment and supervision of security team
- Providing expertise and support in another European locations
Requirements
- Proven track record of leading and managing a team
- Excellent knowledge of security systems and standards
- Organizational and leadership skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Fluent English
- Strong IT skills (Microsoft Office packages)
Nice to have:
- Past experience in military or police
- University Degree
