Security Manager
Location: Wrocław
Main tasks:
- Responsible for maintaining high quality standard of entrusted sites
- Managing and coaching team of Security Coordinators
- Conducting quality controls
- Implementing security measures and keeping standard operating procedures up to date
- Permanent monitoring of security status of all locations
- Reporting to management
- Communicating with customers
Requirements:
- At least 3 years of experience in security management
- English – fluent – everyday use
- Polish – native speaker
- Well developed leadership, management and communication skills
- Experience in cleaning and facility management is big advantage
- Open minded approach in creation of new security concepts
- Good knowledge of MS Office
- Ability to work under pressure
