SSC Senior Accountant in Accounts Receivable Team (Italy, Spain)

For our Client – a Shared Service Centre in Poznan - we are currently looking for an Accounts Receivable Senior Accountant with advanced level of Italian (communicative Spanish would be an advantage) to join a team of professionals.

Within this role you will be responsible for Accounts Receivable transactions: Perform AR inter-company reconciliation; follow-up and manage AR ledger accounts (AR/GL, transits, etc), preparing month end reconciliations, produce monthly reporting. Management of billing collections and customer credit exposure, processing of customer receipts, creating customer financial master data, dispute and claims management. Furthermore tracking and reporting of core performance metrics and accounts receivable close. Support OTC Manager, AR team lead and Continuous Improvement Manager with the implementation and execution of AR process improvements initiatives


The ideal candidate for this role will hold preferably university degree in economics or business administration with major in accounting/ finance and have relevant working experience of at least 3 years. A suitable candidate will have preferably professional certifications as well as SAP knowledge. Moreover high attention to detail and accurate working style, customer service orientation and excellent communication skills will be required. Fluency in English - both written and spoken is a must.
