SENIOR ACCOUNTANT (M/F)

Opis stanowiska:

• Ensure compliance with established internal, accounting and reporting controls, especially in International Interactions with Healthcare Professionals, Medical Institutions and Non-Profit Organizations area, SOX, Minimum Controls
• Ongoing proactive support of many functions and various levels of personnel in local teams regarding compliance area
• Maintain compliance approval and archiving system
• Develop and implement monthly accruals and reporting process across the Region
• Perform the selected monthly closing activities in line with corporate deadlines
  Analyze account activity to identify corrections and reclassifications based on the nature of the account
• Ensure compliance of accounting practices and tax calculations with local statutory requirements
• Identify process improvement opportunities and assist with implementation efforts for departmental projects and initiatives
• Build and maintain strong working relationship with internal and external customers
• Assist in the preparation of audit requests and respond to audit inquiries where needed
• Support special projects and analysis as assigned
• Follow all internal procedures, especially those related to company ethics and compliance standards.

Kogo szukamy:

• University degree in Finance / Accounting
• Minimum 3 years related AP accounting experience in Pharma industry
• Fluent in English
• Good presentation skills
• Excellent analytical/quantitative skills with strong attention to detail
• Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines
• Innovative and forward thinker with a proactive approach, ability to identify and implement process improvement
• Proficient in MS Word, Advanced Excel
• Knowledge of SAP or JD Edwards will be a plus
