For our Client - internationally recognized company from real estate sector, we are looking for experienced candidates on the position of Senior Accountant.
On the role you will be responsible for performing cost accounting activities which may include ledgers, preparation of journal entries, fixed asset & inventory accounting, preparation of trial balance/ financial statements, cost accounting, bank account reconciliation. What is more your scope of duties will also include performing the accounting agenda completely, correctly, provably and timely in compliance with valid legislation and accounting principles. Additionally, the successful Candidate will be carrying out correctly and timely the accounting closure activities, including compilation of financial statements, evidence of fixed assets according to the Income tax and other valid law, including the stock count.
The perfect candidate is holding solid experience in the area of accounting (at least 5 years), has master degree in finance or accounting, has a very good orientation in PL accounting & tax legislation, SAP knowledge and very good English (both written and spoken) is a must. Additionally the succesful candidate shoud demonstrate good knowledge of Ms Excel and minimum basic knowledge of IFRS. We are looking for an independent, careful and responsible person with good communication skills.
