- Agile consulting and coaching of client management and project team (up to 15 people, distributed between several European countries)
- Training Agile team, running workshops
- Consulting in Agile project environment setup
- Driving regular reviews of Agile transformation progress
- Deep practical experience in Agile setup in corporate environment (senior project/program manager experience is highly desired)
- Excellent communication and collaboration facilitation skills
- Agile mindset

- Strong team player
- Knowledge of Lean principles and experience in implementing them
- Certified Scrum Master or Certified ICAgile Professional certification is a must
- Experience in large-scale distributed Agile projects and scaling frameworks (SAFe, Nexus, LeSS), related certification will be a plus
- Experience in digital/multichannel marketing will be a plus
- 10+ years in software development
- 5+ years in Agile projects
- Program management experience (including budget management) will be a plus
- Fluent English
Agile Practice is an global CoE (center of expertise) inside Luxoft, working with both internal delivery centers and external clients. We provide process assessment and strategy development services, wide scope of Agile trainings, team and personal coaching, facilitation of process transformation in projects ranging in size from 5-7 to 50-100 employees.
Our client is a top pharmaceutical multinational company, starting Agile adoption at Digital & Multichannel Marketing space. We are looking for an experienced coach to facilitate Agile/Scrum transformation at the client project team, distributed between several European countries. Successful candidate should be ready to drive business-oriented Agile adoption with both IT and business people.
