- Provides support and guidance for team members
- Handles difficult or more complicated cases and escalations
- Creates, revises and proposes updates to process documentation
- Identifies knowledge gaps and areas of improvement and takes part in quality and training initiatives
- Takes part in calls with client, business partners and process leads
- Takes action to prevent backlogs and corrective actions in case metrics are not met
- Populates and analyses reports
- Provides new hires and refreshers trainings in the area of expertise
- Cooperate with the team to assign and monitor workload
- Processes purchase and expense invoices
- Execute payment runs timely and accurately
- Month end reconciliations, closing and reporting
- Self / Peer reviews of transactions completed
- Coordinate with various teams (Requestor's/VM3D/Vendors) to ensure that the VMD Changes are made
- Respond to queries from vendors, customers and local finance teams by phone and email
- Resolves customer and vendor issues in cooperation with other departments: Purchasing, Sales, Accounting departments
- At least 3 year of experience in Accounts Payable Processes (Invoice Processing, Payments, Vendor Master, Vendor Reconciliation, Vendor Query Management)
- University degree must have (min Bachelor Degree)
- Good knowledge of English language (min. B2)
- Good Excel knowledge
- Good analytical skills and attention to detail
- Experience in collaborating in multinational and dynamic environment
