On behalf of our Client - multinational, widely recognized consulting company based in Wrocław, we are currently looking to recruit experienced Senior Application Operations Specialist.
As a Senior Application Operation Specialist you will perform operational and 3rd level support for production applications in a range of business portfolios. You will be responsible for the daily handling of incidents, operational maintenance and support, project support, and preventative analysis of systems. Moreover you will be accountable for creation, analysis, troubleshooting, and diagnosis of incidents relating to off-the-shelf and proprietary applications or platforms. You will liaise with appropriate teams for the development of corrective actions or viable workarounds to resolve incidents. The responsibilities will also involve installation of applications in supported environment, as well as deployment of their upgrades and fixes.
To be successful at this position you must have approximately 2 years of experience in Application Management or Applications Operational Support and completed degree in Computer Science or related discipline. We are looking for someone familiar with SQL DNMS interface and integrated tools, Windows 2003/2008 server O/S, Active Directory, Client Server Applications and Web Applications. You should also have ability to meet agreed deadlines and to work independently within a multi-disciplinary team structure. Fluency in written and spoken English is a must.
