The Automation Tester will perform analysis, preparation and implementation of automated tests on multiple products. He/she should collaborate with the team to create test documentation and educate other team members on using the automated tests. He/she may also perform manual tests on a technical level, find and submit technical issues, and validate resolved issues. The candidate should have strong technical skills and experience in software testing (ideally with background in automated tests of web applications). The position requires a self-motivated individual with strong sense for detail, focused and with the ability to work alone as well as part of a team.

Job description
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a functional test automation strategy that delivers measurable increases in QA efficiency.
- Integrate Automated tests into product development process
- Assist in the design and process for automation
- Maintaining testing scripts and documentation
- Presentation to the team how to use automated tests
- Cooperate with development to ensure product supports desired testability
Requirements
Required Skills:
- Experience working with Test Automation tools (e.g. Selenium, Watir)
- Basic knowledge of OOP languages (e.g. C#, Java)
- Database knowledge, SQL
- Flexibility to learn quickly new small tools and incorporating them into whole solution
- Strong problem investigation, debugging and solving skills
- Demonstrated creativity and intelligent thinking
- Solid understanding of the development processes
- English on communication level to be able to explain prepared solution to be used by the rest of the team
Desired Skills:
- Experience with configuration management tool for script/testcase versioning (Perforce, GIT, TFS, clear case, etc.)
- Computer network basic knowledge
- General knowledge of Testing/Quality Assurance processes and procedures
- General testing skills
