We are looking for:
Senior Automation Expert
Location: Wrocław
Main responsibilities:
- Access to Pluralsight, Safari Books Online & Lynda.com.
- New technologies inside department (on 2 from 3 projects): HTML5, AngularJS, EntityFramework, WebAPI, WCF, high load systems.
- Support from experienced C# / .NET developers.
- Close cooperation with Zurich.
- Travel to Zurich usually once a year.
Key technical skills:
- 4-5 years’ experience in test automation.
- Experience in designing and developing a test automation framework for a .NET or similar application.
- An understanding of the individual test levels and how test automation can be used to improve overall quality.
- Experience in leading a test automation feasibility for an application.
- Experience with developing test automation in an agile methodology.
- Sound experience in operational know-how of Test Processes, including test preparation/execution planning, test case creation/execution and reporting.
- Familiarity with software development methodology and release processes.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (professional proficiency).
- Hands on analytical and problem solving skills.
- Team player, highly dedicated and committed.
- B.S. or M.S. degree in Computer Science or similar.
Additional Experience:
- Experience with GUI and DWH automation.
- Knowledge in scripting (e.g. VBScript, Python) and/or Object-Orientated programming languages (e.g. C#, VB.net).
- Knowledge in MS SQL or Oracle.
- Practical experience in Continuous Integration.
- Experience of using JIRA or Quality Centre (or equivalent tools).
- Software development experience.
- Stress/performance testing know-how.
- Financial industry knowledge.
- Testing qualification such as ISTQB, ISEB etc.
