Selected candidate will:
Operate Avecto Privilege Management solution globally
- Responsible for ~8,000 end user agents and continuous uptime
- Enhance operating model & work with global teams to ensure platform stability
Monitor, collect and analyze Avecto logs, produce reportsOperate Avecto Privilege Management solution globally
- Make recommendations for policy enhancement based on analysis
- Determine impact of policy adjustments & syndicate with global teams
Coordinate with end-user teams for policy enhancement & deployment
- Plan and participate in pilot & production rollout procedures
Policy management
- Engagement with IT Risk, Desktop Engineering, Access Control, App Dev, End User Services and other policy stakeholders
- Develop, integrate, test & implement multiple policies aligned with global needs
Proactively highlight/analyze issues and raise awareness to the Engineering team and feed into Product Management for remediation
Manage escalations from senior Management and key business partners across various regions
Analyse current manual processes to identify areas of continuous improvement and increased efficiency
Drive change to improve both technical products and processes providing a more efficient and cost effective service to the end user
Ensure OLA's are met, prepare and create ad-hoc reporting statistics using Tableau, SQL and MS Excel
Essential:
Experience with Avecto Privilege Guard or similar privilege management solution
Good understanding of security principles (role-based access control, authentication, authorization)
Exposure to large enterprise managed desktop and server environments
Experience with incident and change management processes
Strong troubleshooting & problem solving skills
Security-minded individual willing to learn new technologies
Desirable:
Operating system experience with Windows and/or Linux: Emphasis on desktop security and application management
Scripting skills (e.g. powershell, vbs, bash)
Experience of deploying and managing LDAP directories (e.g. DSEE, Unbound ID)
Single Sign On (e.g. SAML, OAuth) knowledge (e.g. PingFederate)
Experience with certificate management (i.e. SSL, PKI)
