Responsibilites
- Create project documentation
- Refine backlog
- Direct contact with business and PO in terms of system requirements
- Using that knowledge to validate work requests, requirements and analysis
- Owning and being the lead analyst on projects, ensuring the requirements and solution design are complete and valid
- Completing data analysis and defining data models and mappings
- Clearly documenting project information and solutions and ensuring knowledge is disseminated around the team
- Reviewing, supporting and when necessary planning and executing testing (QA, integration testing or UAT)
- Working on both large (strategic) and small (Business As Usual) projects within an agile lifecycle methodology
- Peer reviewing other BAs documents
- Completing ad-hoc data analysis
As SM (optional)
- Makes sure the team is not blocked. Tries to unblock and resolve issues
- Helps the team to be more efficient
- Helps the team to focus on the development
- Unloads the team from administrative work
- Controls the project board in JIRA weekly
- Works with the team on a continuous improvement plan
- Makes sure the team is using wiki for holding the Scrum process, quality management process, release and deployments management process, requirements management process etc.
- Organizes the Project meetings. Possibly lead the meeting or keep it on track.
- Insures that release to pre-prod and prod is done on time
Requirements
MUST HAVE:
- 5 - 10 years business and data analysis experience
- Strong analytical/problem solving skills *Proactive client contact and approach
- Confident and effective written and oral communication to both technical and non-technical people
- Knowledge of Agile / Scrum
- Experience as a Scrum Master *Fluent English!!

- Good documentation skills
- Proactive, self-motivated and flexible with a positive attitude
- Efficiency at multi-tasking and ability to work under pressure to deliver multiple business demands on-time and to a high standard
- Ability to learn new business situations and IT systems quickly
- Team player with strong collaboration and relationship building skills
- Experience mentoring and or coaching is an advantage *Financial Knowledge
We offer
A project that is an intranet application which is automating the placement for hedge and mutual funds orders. The application is responsible for the creation of the contractual/legal documents as well as the electronic submission of those (by fax or email). All documents created within application are archived.
Project is already running on production for a few years.
There will be a huge field for initiatives, which will help set the project running as smoothly as possible.
The team will start with working on already existing problems. After a while some new functionality to implement will come.
