For ourinternational Account Management Support Teamwe are seeking the following:
- Analysing customer RFP documents,
- Completing pre-qualification questionnaires,
- Creating appropriate service concepts,
- Maintaining company database, tracking incoming bid requests and proposal responses,
- Estimating costs and calculating fixing prices of created offers,
- Managing internal approval process with the board of directors,
- Preparing reports and presentations,
- Submitting a carefully prepared proposals within given deadlines,
- Following up on submitted proposals.
- Excellent communication skills in English (especially reading & writing),
- At least 3 years of experience in bidmanagement or international sub-contracting (preferably in the IT industry),
- Analytical skills and willingness to work with numbers,
- Customer-oriented and proactive approach,
- High level of organizational and time management skills, stress resistance,
- Very good knowledge of MS Office package, especially Excel,
- University diploma in international business, law, economics, IT or similar as an asset.
