Senior Business Analyst

Responsibilites
- Elicit, analyze document, specify and manage requirements and business processes,
- Perform functional analysis and provide functional specifications to the build team,
- Carry out data sourcing and analysis on upstream data sources,
- Perform Impact analysis/Regression testing of the changes made to the existing system,
- Work with offshore teams and co-ordinate development and testing,
- Act as a liaison between the technical and the business teams to streamline conversion of functional requirements to technical specifications and eventually aid development.
Requirements
- University degree or equivalent experience,
- Multiple years of experience as IT Business Analyst / Engineer,
- Experience in financial business world (data & process knowledge),
- Excellent written and spoken communication skills in English, Polish would be a plus,
- Ability to analyze complex problems and identify potential solutions,
- Experience in document requirements, specifications, etc.
